The CitiPower network is made up of 54,000 small to medium customers, approximately 16% of the network's customers. Network charges make up 36% of the Victorian default offer electricity bill for an average small business customer.
The needs of our small to medium sized business customers greatly depending on their location, business size and their stage in the energy transition, but many have expressed a strong desire for simplicity, stability and flexibility, as well as more information and education.
